- when ordering any art work you automatically agree to the rules of use
- i do not allow any of my artwork to be used in NFTs or the training of AI
- all payments are through paypal.
- all files will only be sent after full payment.
- i only accept full payments or half upfront
- if you cannot follow my tos you will be blocked and blacklisted. if you are blacklisted i will reserve the right to withdraw any and all artwork i have made
- no refunds unless i cannot finish your commission for some reason
- i’m not responsible for any fraudulent activities or chargebacks from any third party

adopt tos

- DO NOT USE MY ART TO TRAIN AI!
- i have all intellectual property rights to all of my art and can/will use it as examples on portfolios or on my social media
- include my details when using my artwork
- if you sell my design let me know the details of who you are selling it to so i can keep track of the owner of my designs
- commercial use is included with my designs IF i am given the right information of who is receiving my designs. if you fail to do this you will be blacklisted
- you can trade/sell/gift my designs
- you can change the design as long as it’s recognizable
- i do not do bids, all adopt designs are first come first serve
- i have the right to deny you the adoption of the design
- i don’t do any refunds

artist rights

- i have the right to reject/cancel your order if i don’t or no longer feel comfortable with finishing your commission
- i will send screenshots of your order
- i will not add or change anything in your order unless i am still in the sketch or lineart phase of the order. if i fully miss a detail of something important to your order then i will add it
- when posting any of my work please put my details
- all of my art is for personal use. if you want to use my art for commercial use we will have to discuss it

customer rights

- if i haven't sent you the final rough sketch you can completely change the details/character of your order
- if i forget details or didn't fully understand the description you give me, we can change the details of the order even after the sketch
- you have 3 free edits before the order is finished. after the 3 edits (depending of the edit) it will cost $2-5 to add changes
- you can edit the artwork after it is done as long as you ask/show me
- you can cancel your order at anytime, but after the payments are made you cannot get a refund
